We are offering you a full refund on new and unused items returned to us at your own cost within 14 days of delivery. Due to our strict hygiene measures, we only accept rope returns if the packaging has not been breached or broken/opened.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after we have received the returned goods. This time period allows for transit times and bank processing times.

With the purchase of the course, the enrollee opts out of any refund policy once the enrollee has started the course with the exemption of the following circumstances:

If you can prove that a significant portion of the course does not work due to technical reasons from outside.
If the Website is down for a significant portion of time (longer than 72 hours).
If we supply something that is damaged or does not work and if you allow us reasonable time to fix the problem with your help, we’ll give you a refund.
