Tapping Exercise

Here is one last exercise: tapping.

This simple technique is a great way to calm your nervous system down.

Try it out and see what it does for you.

How to Tap:

For tapping you can use your fingertips, knuckles or fingers. Tapping is a very light technique, you do not need to apply a lot of pressure while tapping.

Find a rhythm that is regular and feels good to you. How long you tap a certain point is up to you. Find a length, that feels comfortable to you. Usually 5-12 seconds per point is a length that feels the best. Feel free to vary the length of tapping of each point. If you prefer to tap the forehand a little bit longer, because it feels good to you, go for it!
